Baptistkids.org is the website of Texarkana Baptist Children’s Home. The Home is a ministry of, and is owned by, the Missionary Baptist Churches of the State Association of Missionary Baptist Churches of the State of Arkansas. It is the mainline benevolent outreach of the churches of the American Baptist Association and is supported by those churches in many states. The Home also enjoys the support and well wishes of business and corporate friends in the Ark-La-Tx area, and beyond. The Home is a 24 hour residential facility (not an adoption agency) that receives children age 6-16 (under six if part of a sibling group in which one is over six) and provides for all their needs and will help with college for the children who qualify. The Home has been in continuous ministry to orphaned, abandoned and neglected children since 1907. It receives children by referral of anyone with knowledge of needful children.
